The Hon. Frank McKenna, Canada's Ambassador to the United States, addressed an audience of business leaders, public officials, and private citizens at the Woodrow Wilson Awards dinner held at the Fairmont Waterfront hotel in Vancouver, BC on September 29, 2005. The dinner honored former British Columbia Premier Michael Harcourt with the Woodrow Wilson Award for Public Service and Mr. William Sauder with the Woodrow Wilson Award for Corporate Citizenship.
