US-China Bussiness Council quoted CEF Director Jennifer Turner in the article Air Pollution Impedes Executive Hiring in China which discussed the negative influences of Chinese air pollution on excutive recruitment.

When talking about the new amencements to China's environmental law, China Environment Forum Director Jennifer Turner points out that China has pollution regulations on the books. However, “in actual practice…you see from the air quality that something isn’t working,” says Turner.
