CEF Welcomes New Policy Scholar

Zhang Jialing, assistant director in SEPA's Division of Solid Waste and Toxic Chemical Management, will be working on waste issues with the China Environment Forum until June 11th. Zhang, with a Master's in Environmental Chemistry from Beijing University, is in the United States as a Hubert H. Humphrey Fellow at Cornell University. CEF is delighted to have her first hand expertise here in DC where she will be writing several fact sheets on the current state of waste management in China and speaking at our May 30 meeting, "Trash Talking."
