CEF's Director Quoted in Time Magazine

TIME Magazine's Michael Schuman quotes Dr. Turner as saying that "Japan 'has put a lot more money into China than the U.S. government has' to solve environmental problems." The article, entitled "The Green Connection," goes on to discuss how despite a tense relationship overall, China and Japan are cooperating on environmental issues.
