China Exim Bank Publicly Discloses Environmental Policy

California based NGO, Pacific Environment, posted the policy in English and Chinese to their web page, along with the written exchange with Chairman Li Ruogu that led to the disclosure. This is an important first step towards greater transparency and dialog between China Exim, NGOs and affected peoples.
