Deputy Director Douglas Spelman Discusses Human Rights Issues in China at Princeton University

On March 24, Deputy Director Douglas Spelman joined a Princeton University seminar entitled Reporting from Abroad taught by Richard Bernstein, formerly a Time magazine correspondent in China and New York Times reporter elsewhere. The topic was human rights issues in China, focused on comparing the way in which these issues have been covered by the foreign media and addressed by U.S. diplomats.
