Latin American Program Director Cynthia J. Arnson was interviewed by NTN24 about the negotiations between the government and the opposition in Venezuela.  In Arnson's view, there are a variety of views represented, and the majority of countries in the region would like to see the dialogue renewed.

Arnson maintained that for the dialogue between the opposition and the Venezuelan government to prosper, the student movement should be represented.
