Francis J. Gavin Publishes on Cuban Crisis in The National Interest

Oct 26, 2012

Francis J. Gavin, NPIHP Senior Advisor and Director of UT Austin's Robert S Strauss Center for International Security and Law, has published a new article on the Cuban Missile Crisis in The National Interest.

Gavin explains that "Aficionados of the crisis still debate scores of smaller details that likely appear conusing and obscure to most outsiders...Yet while there is little consensus on the answers and much scholarly work still to be done, it is possible to at least identify three key questions  that should frame any discussion of the Cuban Missile Crisis."

Visit The National Interest website to read about Francis J. Gavin's three central questions on the Cuban Missile Crisis.
