Inaugural Kathryn and Shelby Cullom Davis Awards Dinner Benefiting Kennan Institute to Honor Cloherty and Vekselberg

Patricia M. Cloherty will receive the Woodrow Wilson Award for Corporate Citizenship and Viktor F. Vekselberg will receive the Woodrow Wilson Award for Public Service at Kennan Institute's annual dinner on October 18, 2007.

The inaugural Kathryn and Shelby Cullom Davis Awards Dinner to benefit the Woodrow Wilson Center's Kennan Institute will be held at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Washington, DC on Thursday, October 18, 2007.

This event is intended to raise public awareness of individuals demonstrating outstanding and enlightened corporate citizenship and public service in connection with the U.S.-Russian relationship. This year, we will recognize two outstanding individuals with the Woodrow Wilson Award for their contributions and achievements.

Woodrow Wilson Award for Corporate Citizenship

Patricia M. Cloherty, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Delta Private Equity Partners

Woodrow Wilson Award for Public Service

Viktor F. Vekselberg, Chairman of the Board, RENOVA Group and United Company RUSAL; and Founder, "The Link of Times" and "Dobry Vek" Foundations

The Kathryn and Shelby Cullom Davis Awards Dinner was established through a generous donation from Kathryn W. Davis and her family, recipients of the Woodrow Wilson Award for Public Service in 2006.
