Melvin J. Estrin, Wilson Center Council Member, Dies at 71

Melvyn J. Estrin, Wilson Center Council member, died at 71 after a prolonged battle with leukemia. "The Wilson Center is a family and we have lost a dear member of that family. We send our love and heartfelt condolences to the Estrins and Bernsteins," said Wilson Center Director, President, and CEO Jane Harman.

Melvyn J. Estrin, Wilson Center Council member, died at 71 after a prolonged battle with leukemia.

Melvyn J. Estrin was Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Human Service Group, Inc. trading as Estrin International (1983-present) and was Chief Executive Officer of University Research Co., LLC. He was a director of ChemLink, LLC and Armed Forces Lodging LLC and served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of two Fortune 500 companies.
