Eyeing potentially game-changing elections in both Mexico and at home, U.S. Vice President Joe Biden spent Monday chatting behind closed doors with President Felipe Calderón and later, the three presidential candidates vying to succeed him...

...“There is an underlying nervousness in the Obama administration about whether a new Mexican president would change the close collaboration between the governments,”

said Andrew Selee, director of the Mexico Institute of the Woodrow Wilson Center in Washington, D.C.
