Quebec Premier Jean Charest visits Wilson Center

The Honorable Jean Charest, Premier of Quebec, gave a speech at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars on Monday, April 18, entitled "Quebec: Partner in a New North American Agenda."

During an official visit to Washingotn, D.C., Premier Jean Charest of Quebec visited the Woodrow Wilson Center, where the Canada Institute hosted a luncheon in his honor with leading business persons, government officials, and representatives from leading think tanks and academic institutions. The Premier gave a speech on "Quebec: Partner in a New North American Agenda," which was covered by print and television media.
