The Tomás Rivera Policy Institute releases new study

In their newest study, Broadband Internet Access Among Latinos: Status, Issues and Opportunities, The Tomás Rivera Policy Institute, found that the lack of access by minorities is costing providers of technology between $58 and $74 million in potential monthly revenues.
