Saudi Arabia in the Shadow of the Arab Revolt

October 20, 2011

This week on dialogue we take a look at Saudi Arabia and how this key U.S. ally is changing after Arab Spring uprisings in neighboring countries. Joining us will be Caryle Murphy, a journalist and author who is beginning a term as a Public Policy Scholar with the Middle East Program here at the Wilson Center. She previously served as Cairo bureau chief for the Washington Post. Also joining us is David Ottaway, a Senior Scholar with the Middle East Program. He also had a long career with the Washington Post, where he also served as the paper’s Cairo bureau chief.
