On this episode of dialogue our guest is Mark Mazzetti.  Mark is the national security correspondent for the New York Times and also a public policy scholar here at the Wilson Center. He’s working on a book about U.S. counterterrorism since 9-11. His work focuses on the increasing convergence of military and intelligence fields in carrying out operations in the absence of a formally declared war.
