Odessa has seen some of the worst violence and clashes outside of the war-torn eastern provinces of Ukraine but has received relatively little coverage. We were joined for a discussion of Odessa's perspective on the ongoing crisis by Volodymyr Dubovyk, Director, Center for International Studies, I. Mechnikov National University in Odessa.
