Every two years, the Association for Canadian Studies in the United States (ACSUS) and the Wilson Center's Canada Institute produce a special issue of The American Review of Canadian Studies (ARCS) on the state of the relationship between Canada and the United States. The issue is dedicated to the memory of Thomas O. Enders, the late U.S. Ambassador to Canada. Authors will present their papers on a variety of topics in Canada-U.S. relations, discussants will provide comments on the papers, and significant time will be spent on questions and discussion.
