• Program Associate, Grants Management - Population, Environmental Change and Security

CLOSES JULY 17, 2013: The Environmental Change and Security Program is in search of a Program Associate, Grants Management. The primary function of this position is to assist the Director of PECS in managing the Program’s financial components to include: budgeting, grant administration, contract negotiations and execution; as well as with fundraising efforts such as project proposal and budget development, donor research/outreach and reporting to funders if/when required.
