CWIHP Senior Scholar Bernd Schaefer Interviewed by Chinese Academy of Social Sciences

CWIHP is pleased to announce that Senior Scholar Bernd Schaefer was recently interviewed by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) on the work of the Wilson Center's History and Public Policy Program, the state of China's archives, and his ongoing research on Sino-German relations.

Treatment of American POWs in North Vietnam

CWIHP is pleased to announce the addition of a new document to its online Digital Archive. CWIHP e-Dossier No. 30 contains a 1969 North Vietnam Communist Party resolution containing detailed instructions for improving the treatment and living conditions of American prisoners of war.
