На семінарі відзначалося, що серед найважливіших завдань, що постали перед українським суспільством особливої пріоритетності набувають завдання створити таку модель етнонаціональних стосунків, яка стала б дороговказом до стабільності і була б наріжним каменем національного розвитку.
