The release of NKIDP e-Dossier, “New East German and Soviet Evidence on North Korean Support to South Korean Political Parties and Labor Unions,” was reportedly widely upon by the South Korean press.
The NKIDP Working Paper Series is designed to provide a speedy outlet for historians who have gained access to newly-available archives and sources and would like to share their results. The NKIDP Working Paper Series is edited by Christian F. Ostermann and James F. Person, and is supported generously by the Korea Foundation and private donations from individuals and corporations.
Supported by the Korean Ministry of Unification, the Wilson Center will host "Regional Dynamics and Inter-Korean Relations, Past and Present" on November 27, 2012, an event which seeks to bring a broader historical perspective to current issues affecting inter-Korean relations by conveying the importance of deep historical continuities on the Korean Peninsula.
