         <title>Alfredo Achar and Miguel Mancera honored at Woodrow Wilson Center Awards Ceremony in Mexico City</title>
         <description>On March 2, 2010, Alfredo Achar Tussie, founder and chairman of Comex, and Miguel Mancera Aguayo, former governor of the Bank of Mexico, received the internationally prestigious Woodrow Wilson Awards at a ceremony held in Mexico City.  Two of Mexico's most distinguished and deserving leaders, they join a select international circle of recipients from government, business, science, the arts, and beyond, who have worked tirelessly to improve the quality of life of those in their own communities and beyond.  Mexico Institute Advisory Board Member Eduardo Cepeda served as dinner chair.
