Andrew Finn is the Program Associate at the Canada Institute of the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars. Before joining the Wilson Center, Andrew was an Academic Fellow with the Canada-United States Law Institute. He holds a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and degrees in History and International Relations from Michigan State University.
