Andrew Finn

Andrew Finn is the Program Associate at the Canada Institute of the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars. The Wilson Center is the living memorial to President Wilson, established by Congress in 1968. An integral program of the Wilson Center, the Canada Institute works to increase awareness and knowledge about Canada and U.S.-Canadian relations among policymakers, focusing on energy and the environment, border and border security, and trade. Before joining the Wilson Center, Finn was an Academic Fellow with the Canada-United States Law Institute. He holds a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and degrees in History and International Relations from Michigan State University.
