Dr. Cal Bricker is currently the Vice-President of Public Affairs at Waste Management of Canada. Dr. Bricker is a member of the Board of Governors of Wilfrid Laurier University, a Director of the Canadian Journalism Foundation, a Director of the Toronto Zoo, the Secretary Treasurer of the Ontario Waste Management Association as well as a member of the Municipal Affairs Committee of the Toronto Board of Trade.  Additionally, Dr. Bricker is a Lieutenant-Colonel in the Canadian Forces Army Reserve, currently serving as the Director, Commanders Action Group, 1st Canadian Division, and is also a member of the faculty of the Canadian Forces College. Dr. Bricker earned both his BA and MA in Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University. In 1994 he completed the Executive Development Program from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He earned his PhD in Political Science from the University of Alberta in 2003.
