The Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars and the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation are hosting a conference on September 23, 2011 to explore these subjects in greater depth. The conference is to begin with an opening keynote from Congressman Jared Polis (D-CO), followed by two panels of experts from industry, policy, and academia, with a concluding address from Carl Schramm, President & CEO of the Kauffman Foundation. more
