Project Summary

 

Dr. Xuedu Lu is an Advisor in Asian Development Bank (ADB). He joined ADB in July 2010 providing advice to ADB on climate change and carbon market. Prior to joining ADB, Dr. Lu worked in the Government of China, responsible for research, policy and international negotiations on climate change. He served the CDM Executive Board (Member/Alternate) for eight years. He is an adjunct  professor of Tongji University, Tianjin University, and Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology. He holds a PhD in engineering from Tsinghua University.
