Elizabeth Byers

Elizabeth Byers is a program associate for the Wilson Center on the Hill program and Program on America and the Global Economy. Prior to joining the Wilson Center, she was a congressional intern. Byers earned her M.A. in International Relations from Webster University while studying in Vienna, London, Geneva, Leiden, and Bangkok. She received a B.A. in Political Science, with an emphasis on comparative and international politics, and a minor in International Business from Kent State University.
