Wilson Center Experts

Emily Malkin is a Program Assistant with the Global Women's Leadership Initiative. Prior to joining the Wilson Center, Emily served for two years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Togo, West Africa, where she worked in a local middle school and rural health clinic. She studied abroad in South Africa, where her program focus was on international development and post-conflict reconciliation. Emily graduated phi beta kappa from Wesleyan University with a degree in European History.
