Project Summary
An analysis of the lack of separation among bodies of state power, civilians and military agencies in Ukraine, seeking to account for the absence of a comprehensive system. Rooted in ciphering the positive potential by anchoring the civil control over military forces and national security service. This project seeks to formulate concrete goals for structuring these relationships.
