Project Summary
This project takes stock of the significant transition within Ukraine and Russia from the socialism to democracy and a market-oriented economy. Determining that the course of reform will not be left to foreigners, Koval purposes an analysis of the Russian-Ukrainian relationship, and the options available therein.
