Project Summary
Explores the gender dimension of the processes of civil society building and democracy in Azerbaijan. Bases policy recommendations on field work, interviews, survey findings, womens roles and the nature of their participation in both the formal high politics and the informal politics (NGOs, religious insitutions and media).
