Oscar Jacob joins the Canada Institute at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars as an intern for the spring 2013 semester. He is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and Economics at American University in Washington D.C. His area of specialization is international trade. Oscar is a dual-citizen of the U.S. and France.
