Richard Rosecrance

Richard Rosecrance is an Adjunct Professor in Public Policy in the John F. Kennedy School of Government and Senior Fellow in the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at Harvard University as well as Research Professor of Political Science at the University of California. He previously served as the Director of the Burkle Center for International Relations at the University of California, Los Angeles. Dr. Rosecrance received his BA from UCLA, his MA from Swarthmore College, and his PhD from Harvard University. Among other books, he is the author of The New Great Power Coalition (Rowman & Littlefield 2001).
