Schuyler is the managing editor of ECSP’s blog New Security Beat and writes on the connections between the environment, population, international development, and security. Before joining the Wilson Center, he was a research assistant at Global Green USA, where he worked on how the U.S. military uses energy and what can be done to improve efficiency. He holds a BA in classical studies from Gettysburg College.
