Project Summary
The project aims at revelation of the modern trade secret theretical concept on the basis of analysis of its legal nature and adequacy to the international challenges ahich the intellectual property law theory faces nowadays and which demand fundamental transformation of the theory. Also, the project anticipates the research of the unique legal mechanisms of balancing the interests of a person, society and state provided by the trade secret law.
