Project Summary

Discussion of NIS vulnerability to economic crisis, separatism, armed conflict, terrorism, and sabatoge. Searches for ways to stop the danger that existing internal conflicts may intervine with the ones in neighboring states, grow into regional and, possibly, continental wars, fought along national or religious lines. An attempt to present the situation and conceptualize the ’new reality,’ determining ’future-oriented’ principles of relationships between states and within states. Makes use of the US experience.
