As the violence in Kosovo expands and NATO continues its air campaign against Serbia, the need for strategies to help prevent and contain such tragedies grows ever more apparent. "Examining Conflict Prevention: Lessons and Possibilities" held on June 9-11, in Berlin, Germany brought together practitioners and scholars to discuss what we have learned about preventing deadly conflict and to consider how the principles of conflict prevention might be applied to the challenges facing Europe on the brink of the 21st Century. The Web cast includes audio of the speakers' presentations, some photos of the speakers and papers and links submitted by the participants.
