Ana Grier Cutter
Ana Grier Cutter is the public relations coordinator for the Carnegie Commission on Preventing Deadly Conflict. Prior to joining Carnegie, she was the Latin American analyst for the Newmarket Company where she wrote daily economic and political analysis on Latin America for the company's web-based publication, the NM Daily. While completing her master's degree, she served as editor-in-chief of the Journal of International Affairs. From 1993-1996, she was the assistant director in the Office of External Affairs at the Corporación Andina de Fomento in Caracas, Venezuela. She is a returned Peace Corps volunteer and has extensive work experience in Latin America. Ms. Cutter holds an M.I.A in international affairs from Columbia University and a B.S. in communications from Lewis & Clark College.
