Cornella Carter-Taylor

Cornella Carter-Taylor is the office administrator for the Carnegie Commission on Preventing Deadly Conflict. This position encompasses the personnel and financial attributes of running the Commission successfully. Ms. Carter-Taylor brings to the Commission an aggregate of experience acquired in civilian, foreign and civil service fora. Prior to joining the Commission in 1996, Ms. Carter-Taylor was the personal assistant to three under secretaries of state for political affairs over a span of eight years and two presidential administrations.
