NKIDP document on Soviet occupation of North Korea featured in <i>Dong-A Ilbo</i>

An NKIDP document detailing the misconduct of Soviet troops stationed in northern Korea after the country's liberation and division in August 1945 was featured in South Korea's Dong-a Ilbo. The 13-page report was written by a Soviet lieutenant colonel following visits to the North Korean provinces of Hwanghae and North and South Pyongan in the fall of 1945.
