Ralph Klein joins Canada Institute

The Canada Institute is pleased to announce the addition of Ralph Klein as a public policy scholar.

Mr. Klein was the Premier of Alberta from 1992-2006, as leader of the Alberta Progressive Conservative Party. He is currently a senior business adviser with Borden Ladner Gervais LLP and Executive Professor of Public Policy at the University of Alberta School of Business. Mr. Klein is also a fellow at the Fraser Institute and Manning Centre for Building Democracy.

A former recipient of the Governor General's Award, Mr. Klein will be at the Institute from October - December 2007. His project while at the Center will involve research for a publication on Canadian politics, with a special focus on Alberta provincial politics.
