This report presents the recommendations of the Immigration Task Force, which over the past year has carefully evaluated the economic, social, and demographic factors driving today's large-scale immigration to the United States, legal and illegal. The Task Force, a bipartisan panel of leaders and experts from key sectors concerned with immigration, was convened by the Migration Policy Institute, the Manhattan Institute and the Woodrow Wilson Center's Mexico Institute and Division of United States Studies, and co-chaired by former Senator Spencer Abraham (R-MI) and former Rep. Lee H. Hamilton (D-IN).

The executive summary of the report is available in both English and Spanish at where the full report is also for sale.
