Co-sponsored with the Tecnológico de Monterrey and the U.S. Association of Former Members of Congress, this live web discussion specifically centered on the role of Congress in the bilateral agenda with Mexico. Former members of Congress, Jim Jones and Jack Buechner discussed the manner in which foreign policy is made that ultimately affects Mexico. Andrew Selee, Director of the Mexico Institute and Donald Wolfensberger, Director of the Congress Project at the Wilson Center moderated the panel.
