Film Screening: "Breaking Point: The War for Democracy in Ukraine"

Exclusive Washington, D.C. Sneak Preview of Breaking Point, a Documentary by Three Time Academy Award Winning Director, Mark Jonathan Harris. Within days of the Maidan Revolution’s toppling President Viktor Yanukovych, Ukraine was invaded by Russia. Ukrainians of all backgrounds rallied to the country’s defense, in the process creating a new sense of Ukrainian nationhood and national identity. Breaking Point depicts these turbulent events, at times heroic, at times tragic, through the eyes of people who lived them – a doctor, a soldier, a children’s theater director, a rabbi, an investigative reporter.

Exclusive Washington, D.C. Sneak Preview of Breaking Point, a Documentary by Three Time Academy Award Winning Director, Mark Jonathan Harris.

Director Mark Jonathan Harris and Producer Peter Borisow will attend the screening.  There will be a Q&A after the screening, followed by a reception. The reception is co-sponsored by the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council and the Kennan Institute. 

This sneak preview is the first and only of the film in Washington.  Seating is limited, so please remember to RSVP.
