An off the record round table discussion with a group of Iraqi women that are active on the ground.
Women peace builders from several regions of Iraq will discuss their grassroots efforts to mitigate tensions and reduce communal conflict in Iraq. The participants will share information about the work they are doing in Iraq as active agents of peace, either independently or as leaders of NGOs, as well the concerns and needs they must confront to create a secure country, not only for women, but for all Iraqis.
