[OFFSITE] The 2020 Journalists' Guide to Energy and the Environment

Please note that this event will take place at the National Geographic Society in Washington, D.C.

From Australia to the Arctic, environment and energy news is already heating up as 2020 kicks off -- and the election promises to add fuel to the fire. Get a head start on this year's top stories at the Society of Environmental Journalists' 8th annual "Journalists' Guide to Energy and Environment."

Organized by North America's largest membership organization of reporters covering the environment and energy, this popular event draws hundreds of journalists, policymakers, Congressional staff, advocates, scientists and more for the launch of SEJ's "Journalists' Guide to Energy and Environment 2020," an annual look at the top issues to come in the year ahead.

After seven standing-room-only years at the Woodrow Wilson Center, this year the National Geographic Society will welcome the crowds to their spacious auditorium in downtown DC.

Reception to follow, generously sponsored by National Geographic Society and Wyss Campaign for Nature.
