The Wilson Center Africa Program and Ms. Rahama Wright conducted a roundtable discussion designed to offer concrete recommendations on how the U.S. can help to create a more enabling environment for African women entrepreneurs on the continent, and also for U.S.-based women-led businesses seeking to do business in Africa.

The Wilson Center Africa Program and Ms. Rahama Wright, a member of the President's Advisory Council on Doing Business in Africa and Founder and CEO of Shea Yeleen, conducted an intimate roundtable discussion designed to offer 3 concrete recommendations on how the U.S. can help to create a more enabling environment for African women entrepreneurs on the continent, and also for U.S.-based women-led businesses seeking to do business in Africa.
Prominent members of the U.S. policy community as well as entrepreneurs involved in the African business environment attended the roundtable.Dr. Monde Muyangwa, Director of the Wilson Center Africa Program, and Ms. Rahama Wright, facilitated the discussion.
