The Responsibility to Protect – The Capacity to Prevent and the Capacity to Intervene

The Africa Program and the Conflict Prevention Project of the Woodrow Wilson Center join with the Committee on Conscience of the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum in inviting you to participate in the second part of a two-part series on "Fulfilling a Responsibility to Protect:What Will It Take To End the ‘Age of Genocide'?" On the evening of May 4, at 7:00 p.m., Pulitzer Prize winning author, Samantha Power, will be delivering a keynote address at the US Holocaust Memorial Museum. Then, on the afternoon of May 5, the Wilson Center will host two panels featuring leading analysts and representatives of key international institutions.
