LAP Executive Committee Meeting Scheduling

Thank you again for your service to the Latin American Program Advisory Board and particular for agreeing to serve as a member of the Board's Executive Committee. We realize that all of you are busy people, with multiple claims on your energy and talents. We promise not to abuse your time, and will seek to make your participation meaningful, satisfying, as well as efficient. In anticipation of the upcoming Board Meeting in June, we would like to coordinate the first conference call for the Board’s Executive Committee. As you are aware, the goal is for each Board Committee to meet by conference call, at least once and preferably twice a year, in-between Board meetings. We expect the conference call to last between 30 and 45 minutes. We will provide additional information about the meeting, including dial-in information, in the coming weeks.
