In honor of the 120th anniversary of Tschaikovsky's death and the 140th anniversary of Rachmaninov's birth, the Kennan Institute is co-hosting a celebration in music. This event features remarks by Fulbright-Kennan Institute Scholar and Associate Professor, International Relations, Samara State University, Alexander Okun, about the significance of Russian-American cultural relations for the mutual understanding and cultural development of both nations.
